Michelle is highly experienced in banking and capital markets, including her previous role as Managing Director with Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services (S&P).
She is focused on the development of The Good Economy's impact assessment methodologies for the mainstream investment community, including for affordable housing and the debt and equity markets. This includes developing analytical rigour and transparency in the application of these methodologies.
Michelle previously was S&P's Head of Product Innovation for Global Risk Services, developing new risk benchmarks and analytics. She has worked across multiple asset classes, including Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and has been a member of various regulatory, governance and quality boards.
Before joining S&P, Michelle undertook several roles in the banking sector on a variety of asset types and transaction structures. She holds an MBA (Distinction) from Warwick Business School.
