Skills and Experience

Having been involved in many corporate transactions in multiple sectors in the UK, Europe and the USA, Rob has strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. He acts as a Senior Advisor to the CEO and Board and fulfils the role of part time Chief Financial Officer.

Rob is an ex PWC Chartered Accountant, who during his 37-year career has held a number of senior leadership positions including sitting on the Board of four investee companies whilst at Doughty Hanson, as well as the Executive and Investment Committees of Greenpark Capital and the Executive Committee of a London based Family Office and his current Non-Executive Director positions.

Rob is particularly skilled at finance, M&A, due diligence, (re)financing, early stage and growth capital investing, and exits which has supported The Good Economy’s growth to date.

Rob completed his ACA Chartered Accountancy qualification at PWC in July 1991.
