Sam is a Senior Associate at The Good Economy. He has over 25 years’ experience driving transformation in the real estate industry, with a track record of advocating for environmental and social sustainability. His focus now is on helping funders, providers and occupiers of real estate to deliver against an increasingly challenging set of commercial, environmental and social goals in a disruptive business environment. Most recently, he led the creation of an innovative, social impact-focused business within Grosvenor, seeking to improve life outcomes for families and young people through targeted provision of housing and support services.
