Amy Ingham
Amy is an impact measurement and management expert with 15 years’ experience in the UK and internationally. She leads TGE’s impact services for housing and real estate clients, including investors, developers and local authorities.
Her work includes developing impact strategies aligned with global best practice, as well as delivering independent impact reporting and due diligence. She has also played a key role in sector initiatives and led research focused on making capital work better for the sector and communities.
Prior to joining TGE in 2022, Amy worked as a Senior Manager at Homes England, leading performance improvement initiatives across housing and investment programmes and contributing to the agency’s Strategic Plan development.
Earlier in her career, she worked in international development and intergovernmental organisations, specialising in impact, monitoring and evaluation, and community engagement.
Amy holds degrees from the University of Oxford and SOAS, University of London. She has also completed the CFA’s Level 4 Certificate in Impact Investing.
