
Rangoli Gupta
Rangoli Gupta is an Impact Analyst at The Good Economy, where she applies a practical, evidence-led approach to social and environmental impact. She has led climate and development initiatives across emerging markets, shaping programmes that deliver measurable benefits to communities. Her work focuses on sustainability, community-centred development and applying systems thinking to sustainable development.
Before joining The Good Economy, Rangoli evaluated climate adaptation initiatives for the United Nations Development Programme, supporting projects across 11 countries. She also led research at the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change, designing science-backed recommendations for the Government of India’s $8.4 billion household water-use programme. Outside of this, she has managed strategy and research projects across ageing, education and gender equity.
Rangoli holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics with honours from Ashoka University and Yale University.
