Why Now?

The UK stands at an inflection point. With new policy directions reshaping the landscape and a widening investment gap to bridge, the definition of “good investing” is evolving rapidly. The investment ecosystem has spent years debating what needs to happen. We believe the focus now needs to be on how and who. That’s why we are growing the Place-Based Investing (PBI) Network which will work at the intersection of place, capital and outcomes.
